At BloomChic, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
